Business Before Hours gives members the opportunity to get together with one another to exchange ideas and learn about each other's organizations. Business Before Hours takes place every third Wednesday of the month from 7:30 - 9:00 am.
The inspiration for outstanding senior care began when Todd and Sherry Novacyk invited Sherry’s mother, Betty – then in the early stages of Alzheimer’s- to live with them. Determined to help her maintain independence, they learned to find personal ways to keep her secure, socially involved and feeling like she was home. They came to understand that, despite her advancing disease, Betty still wanted to be understood, protected, included, surprised and inspired.
Over the 7 years Betty lived with the Novaczyk’s, they gained a new perspective on senior living. A place where everyone continues to live a life full of purpose. A place where the needs and wants of the residents truly come first- just as they had provided for Betty.
Today, the mission lives in the company they created: New Perspective Senior Living. A community where seniors Live Life on Purpose either independently or with extra help from the caring team if needed.
All members at the Engaged Level or higher are welcome to attend Business Before and Business After Hours events. Guests are welcome to attend one Business Before or Business After Hour event.
